In a world where digital innovation drives transformation, businesses have a unique responsibility to balance progress with purpose. At Nomios, we embrace this responsibility by embedding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into the core of our operations. As a leader in cybersecurity and digital infrastructure, we are committed to ensuring that our impact goes beyond protecting systems to driving positive change across the markets and communities we serve.
Our guidelines
Nomios defines ESG as the ongoing practice of considering all material environmental, social and governance issues in the daily operation of our core business. The following guidelines apply no matter.
-
As a technology-driven company, Nomios is dedicated to minimising its environmental impact. We actively work to reduce waste and the unnecessary use of resources, including energy, water, and materials.
Our responsible sourcing practices aim for a neutral or net positive impact wherever feasible. Moreover, Nomios leverages its investments and technological expertise to achieve positive shifts in the cybersecurity sector, fostering smarter and more sustainable operational approaches where possible. This commitment extends to close cooperation with our technology partners to advance further environmental responsibility together. -
Nomios is committed to inclusivity and diversity across its operations and value chain.
Our approach ensures that anyone, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to thrive within our organisation. We believe in judging success based on contributions rather than factors such as place of birth or gender. Beyond internal practices, Nomios uses its success as a force for good, contributing time, resources, and expertise to initiatives that align with our values, benefit our people, and positively impact our communities. -
Nomios operates as a flat organisation, emphasising transparency in principles and processes. Our commitment to clear lines of responsibility and accountability extends both locally and from a Group perspective.
We actively engage with the external environment, anticipating trends, risks, and opportunities that could impact our business or the broader technology sector. This foresightdriven approach ensures that our governance practices remain adaptive and resilient in an ever-evolving landscape.

Role on society
Cybersecurity plays an important role in safeguarding the integrity and stability of modern society. As our reliance on digital infrastructure grows, so does the potential for cyberattacks to disrupt essential services and compromise personal safety. Attacks not only threaten individual, organisational and national security but also impact economic stability and public trust.
Effective cybersecurity is vital for protecting personal information and maintaining public confidence in digital systems. Cybercriminals can exploit vulnerabilities to commit identity theft, fraud, and other malicious activities that disrupt individuals' lives and erode trust in institutions. The financial implications of cybercrime are staggering, with projected losses reaching trillions annually as businesses and individuals face increasing threats. As technology evolves, so too do the tactics employed by cybercriminals, necessitating a robust cybersecurity framework that adapts to emerging threats. This framework protects sensitive data and fosters an environment where innovation can thrive without compromising privacy or security.
Businesses such as ours play a part in enhancing organisations' cybersecurity by providing a range of services and solutions designed to address the complexities of modern digital threats. By helping clients understand their risk profile and aligning cybersecurity strategies with their business goals, we ensure that security investments are both effective and scalable.
Goals that fit our DNA
The United Nations has agreed worldwide on a set of goals for sustainable development - to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. Companies must be part of that solution, and so must Nomios. From the 17 UN goals, we have chosen four that are closest to our DNA.
Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialisation and foster innovation.
At Nomios, we aim to embed sustainability in all our business models and transform the company from being a traditional integrator to a company that can truly design and consult sustainable networking and security solutions. In addition, we add sustainability elements to our current portfolio to neutralize and offset the carbon emissions of these solutions.
Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns.
At Nomios, we believe in responsible consumption and production through our supply chain partners. By keeping a close eye on their ESG developments we can offer our customers the most green IT solutions.
Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impact.
To combat climate change and its impact, we at Nomios strive to challenge ourselves and our supplies to take the appropriate actions to lower and offset our carbon footprint, especially in Scope 3. We have set up several actions supporting this such as CO2 compensation with the help of our partners Trees for All and Riforest.
Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss.
We are contributing to this goal together with our partner Riforest and Trees for All. Riforest encourages and supports poor farmers in the Rif Mountains in the ecological and economic recovery of their agricultural land. In the first two quarters, we have donated over 5,000 trees to Riforest to compensate for future CO2 emissions (scope 1 and 2) and together with Trees for All we are planting 2,500 trees to shape a corporate forest.
